
Training project
The training sessions are divided into four different levels, depending on the target: to finish in around 3 hours; to finish in 3.30; to finish in 4 hours; and, lastly to finish in 4.30, approximately.
All of the athletes that follow these plans will be able to make three email consultations during this period, at 3, 6 and 9 months, to be precise, to which they will receive a response from the training team.
Those athletes who follow the plan and are able to take part in the marathon will have the chance to take part in two training sessions under the supervision of the training team and to ask any questions they might have. These sessions will take place during two weekends, to be organised in the capital city of Gran Canaria or elsewhere on the island.
The webpage will also offer advice and recommendations over the course of the training plan.
